everything is erased from the application.
one screen of the application erases everything that was kept, with or without an account. what lives in your phone goes with the application when you uninstall it. the online copy does not: without an account, erase it from that screen before uninstalling.
the deletion is immediate. a backup copy may survive seven days, then it disappears on its own.
